MoVes Rehab Pulley features:

The shoulder pulley with door anchor can be mounted in any doorway. In addition, it is also available with notch handles support. The unique notch handles allow the user to easily adjust the length of the rope through the handle.

Instructions for use: 

1. Place the black webbing strap over the top or along the side of the door, so that when the door is closed the end is on the opposite side of the door.
2. Close and lock the door. Make sure that no one opens the door while the pulley is in use.
3. The proper placement along the door jamb will be dependent on the goals of your prescribed exercises. Follow clinician guidance for any specific program.
4. The handles may require adjusting.
