📦 Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will be processed the next business day

🚚 Shipping Time

• Once processed, orders typically ship within 5–7 business days
• If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email
• If your order includes multiple items and one is backordered:
  • In-stock items will ship first
  • Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available

📍 Shipping Restrictions & Rates

• Some products may have destination restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain areas
• Shipping rates are weight-based
• All weights are rounded up to the next full pound

❌ Exclusions From Free Shipping

The following items do not qualify for free shipping:

• Items over 66 lbs (cubic weight)
• Oversized parcels:
  • Over 66 lbs, or
  • Girth exceeding 118 inches
    (Girth = Length + 2 × Height + 2 × Width)

🛋️ White Glove Delivery

Available in Toronto & the GTA only

Our White Glove Delivery Service includes:

• Scheduled delivery (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Delivery inside your home
• Unwrapping, setup, and testing of the product
• Removal of all packaging after setup

Cost:
Pricing varies by product and location. A Liberty Care Mobility team member will contact you after your order is placed to schedule delivery.

🌍 Remote Location Shipping Fees

Remote locations, as defined by Canada Post Air Stage Locations, do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping fees are based on order value:

Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or bulky items. If applicable, we will contact you before processing any additional fees.

Important:
We currently do not accept returns from remote locations. If there is an issue with your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].

🚫 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect customer information or refusal at delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

• Original shipping fees
• Return shipping fees
• Any applicable restocking or carrier fees

This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
