Processing Time:

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian holidays will also be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time:

Processed orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, unless an item is backordered.

If a product is backordered, you will be notified by email.

If your order contains multiple items and one is backordered, the available items will ship separately, and the backordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may have destination restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain areas.

Shipping rates are weight-based, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Exclusions from Free Shipping
The following items do not qualify for free shipping:

Items over 66 lbs (cubic weight)

Oversized parcels (over 66 lbs or girth exceeding 118 inches)

White Glove Delivery – Toronto & GTA Only
With our White Glove Delivery Service, your item will be:

Delivered on a scheduled day (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Brought inside your home
-
Unwrapped, set up, and tested to ensure proper functionality

All packaging will be removed after setup
Cost: Varies by product and location. A Liberty Care Mobility team member will contact you to schedule delivery after your order is placed.
Remote Location Shipping Fees
Remote locations (as defined by Canada Post “Air Stage Locations”) do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees are based on order value:

Orders under $99.99: $29.99

$100 to $249.99: $49.99

$250 to $499.99: $74.99

$500 to $749.99: $99.99

$750 to $999.99: $149.99

$1000 and up: $199.99
Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or bulky items. If this applies, we’ll contact you before processing the charge.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect customer information or refusal at delivery, the customer will be charged for:

Restocking or carrier fees (if applicable)
This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
