At Liberty Care Mobility, many of the products we sell are medical, mobility, or hygiene-related, which limits our ability to accept returns. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.
Important:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Wear on tires or moving parts

Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials

Be in resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

🔁 Restocking Fees & Exceptions
In exceptional cases, and only with prior written approval from management, returns may be accepted for items that are otherwise non-returnable.
If approved:

A 35% restocking fee will apply

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility
Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
