The ATS 500A Deluxe Drop Arm Commode is a chrome plated steel commode that has become the know standard to government agencies and facilities across the country. Not only is the 500A commode strong, but with a welded and bolt construction it can be used over the toilet or by itself. Swing down armrests have full poly armpads that clear the seat pan to allow for easy transfers to and from wheelchairs, bed, etc. A quick release pin is used to lower armrests and will conveniently lock when the armrest is returned to the upright position. The 500A commode comes with a removable padded seat covered with heavy duty tear resistant vinyl.
