When doing a full assessment of any areas that may pose a risk for pressure injuries to occur, the Lift Chair often gets over looked. Most Lift Chairs are designed for function and temporary comfort, not long term comfort or skin protection.

Blake Medical’s Geo-Matrix™ Gel Lift Chair Pad is designed to solve that problem.

A 1.5″ thick layer of Geo-Matrix™ gel allows for greater immersion and friciton and shear relief. The Padding is encased in a fluid proof, anti-microbial and entirely washable cover. The gel itself is also washable!

The Cover is completed with two sets of straps. One strap to secure around the back of the chair and another to secure under the ottoman. This ensures that no matter what postion the lift chair may be in, the Geo-Matrix™ lift chair pad will remain in place!
